胰島素，如何存儲，如何發揮?才能真正發揮功效

很多影響患者從醫院拿回家的胰島素摸起來涼涼的，藥師也會告訴學生我們通過胰島素在使用自己之前要放在2～8℃冰箱冷藏室存放，開始使用後，要放在常溫下存放，不要發展放在工作溫度可以超過25℃的地方。那麼，胰島素這種精神藥品在使用和保存的時候他們還有一些其他需要注意安全事項麼?

當然有，我們來談談胰島素的使用和儲存。

1.使用之注射部位

推薦注射胰島素的部位是腹部，大腿側部，上臂外側，以及上臀外側。

要小心，不要留在胰島素筆針頭，否則會造成空氣或其他汙染進入墨盒，或胰島素筆芯中溢出。

4.保存之家庭儲存

剛從大學醫院拿回家的未開封的胰島素，要放在一個冰箱冷藏室(2-8℃)保存，可保存到有效期。切記我們不要進行冷凍，會破壞導致胰島素生物活性而影響患者療效。已開啟的胰島素，可在不同室溫(25℃左右)、陰涼處保存4周。

要小心，不要在電視機的頂部位置可能變熱，汽車等。

糖尿病患者如需要注射胰島素針，也有可能會受胰島素副作用影響，包括體重上升。

5.保存之外出

外出時我們應如何通過攜帶信息保存胰島素呢?

同樣，未打開的胰島素最好保存在便攜式器具中(冰箱、冰袋、冷卻袋等。) 或者在自給絕緣杯中。 但請注意，胰島素不應直接附著在冰袋上，最好用毛巾等包裹。 抵達目的地後，盡快放置在冰箱2~8℃冰箱內。

當然是可以的，但應注意的是，需要攜帶胰島素，不能放在托運行李中。因為在劇烈振動的情況下，胰島素的結構將被破壞，導致功效的損失;而當飛機在高空飛行時，行李艙溫度低於0℃，溫度過低由於胰島素失效。

在全球一百七十四個國家派駐了一千三百名記者的《紐約時報》，早前公布今年第一季度的「營運狀況」，有了「久違的盈利」，「主要來自數碼業務的快速增長」。該季度《紐約時報》增加了三十萬八千個「數碼訂閱用戶」，該報的內部目標是數碼營收三年後增至每年八億美元，可在沒有印刷版的前提下為該報全球新聞採訪提供資金支撐。

《紐約時報》曙光初露，對傳統媒體的同業們有所鼓舞，包括傳統媒體一向極為發達的香港。這些年，港媒備受「數碼業務」也即網媒新力量的衝擊。儘管傳統媒體——紙媒出版——極力轉型，投入數碼業務，但一直難脫困境，而數碼業務似乎也難找到媒體行業的出路，經營模式和方向尚在摸索。那些「新網媒」的數碼業務更難獨存，「其興亦勃，其去亦疾」。

那麼《紐約時報》的探索有哪些呢？他們總結有三，一是最重要還是要確保新聞和文章質素，而不是靠推出大量的平庸報道追求流量和點擊率。該報為了確保質素，雖說在全球有一千三百名記者，但每日挑選推出二百篇「優質新聞」仍煞費思量，寧缺勿濫。該報絕不想推出「太多和競爭對手粗製濫造的免費新聞毫無差別」的東西，不能讓「數碼訂閱用戶」感到物非所值。

二是該報認為應將「數碼訂閱」作為業務重心，而不是數碼廣告，要「脫離流量遊戲」。今年第一季度，該報有數碼和紙質訂戶三百二十萬，比一九九三年印刷時代高峰期多出一百四十萬，絕大多數來自數碼訂戶。

三是《紐約時報》在新聞之外，為用戶「提供了更多的數碼產品和服務」，現在該報關注的重點，並不是「如何與新媒體爭奪流量和用戶，而是如何提供更高質素的內容以及服務，吸引讀者付費」。
